1792 Glass Serving Board and Mini Knife
Inspired by the circa 1792 painting attributed to Edward Savage, this famous image of Mount Vernon is reproduced on a durable tempered glass cut board. "No estate in United America is more pleasantly situated than this" wrote George Washington in 1790.
The portrait of the west front and courtyard of the Mansion, with George Washington and his family strolling along the bowling green, is configured into a bottle shape cutting board accompanied by a handy hard cheese knife. George Washington's initials "GW" are craved on the knife handle.
Ideal for your next cheese and wine tasting (we recommend Washington's favorite Madeira and Port).
- Hand washed recommended
- Cutting board size is 4 1/2" W x 12 1/2" H with a 1 1/2" neck
- Knife for cutting hard cheeses' handle is 1" wide with a 2.5" blade (approx. 1mm thick)
