Mount Vernon Retro Ephemera Puzzle - 1000 Pieces
In 2016, the Fred W. Smith National Library for the Study of George Washington acquired an assortment of more than 500 items dating from 1856 to 1932 that was unlike the rest of its collections -- items such as printed invitations, children's books, and advertisements that call to mind Washington's lasting influence on pop culture and society. These items used by ordinary people and intended to have a short life, were thus classified in the library as ephemera.
This puzzle made exclusively for The Shops at Mount Vernon features a collage of said items, including stamps, antique currencies, and more.
At 1000 pieces, and 19¾" x 27½" in size, this eclectic design makes for a challenging puzzle.
Comes presented in a 3-D book shaped box with magnetic cover, for easy storage and display.
