Featuring one of the earliest depictions of the American eagle in ceramic decoration, these porcelain accessories were adapted from Chinese export porcelain circa 1810 and designed specifically for the diplomatic reception rooms of the Department of State and the White House.  They can also be found in many U.S. embassies around the world.
