Martha Washington States China Chamberstick

The States China design was created exclusively for Martha Washington by a representative of the Dutch East India Company.  The original plate, decorated with a linked chain with the names of the 15 states in the union, a serpent swallowing its tail, symbolizing eternity and strength, and Martha Washington's monogram, surrounded by a laurel wreath, symbolizing victory.  Candle not included. 

Size is 4 ½” D by 1 ¾” H.
