Music Tie

SKU 28052

In 1793, George Washington acquired a large harpsichord for his step-granddaughter, 14-year-old Eleanor Parke Custis. Of the several musical instruments that graced Mount Vernon, none was more grand or impressive than this harpsichord. To celebrate The Year of Music, a symposium inspired by Nelly's original two-manual harpsichord along with a newly made reproduction by John Watson brings to life a musical voice not heard in the Mansion for more than two centuries.

A musical cantata plays out elegantly on this 100% silk ivory necktie. This tie is the perfect gift for the music lover in your life.

The tie measures 57” long and 3” wide.

Hand-finished in the USA of imported fabric.
