Aladdin Camel Pewter Ornament
George Washington was fond of exotic animals and plants. In 1787, he paid 18 shillings for a camel to spend the Christmas holidays at Mount Vernon to entertain the Washington's and their guests. That distant holiday season is remembered with this pewter camel ornament.
The ornament is approximately 2 ½" wide and 2 ¼" tall". Red ribbon for hanging is included.
Handmade in the USA.
