Create your own homemade Tavern Mustard with the addition of your own beer or ale and a few moments in the food processor. The packet contains brown and yellow mustard seeds, mustard flour, onions, and thyme. After soaking the mustard seeds in flat beer, add ½ cup cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt and grind into a paste-like consistency leaving some of the delicious crunchy seeds intact.
