Description
Adapted from a 19th century looking glass in the collections at Mount Vernon, this mirror is in the style popularized by designer Robert Adam in the mid to late 18th century. The mirror features a center medallion containing a sheaf of wheat, which serves as a symbol of Washington’s love of farming and agriculture, as well as delicate floral swags and scrolls.
Available in two sizes:
- Small is 22” x 40 ½”
- Large is 26” x 46 ½”
