Martha Washington Turquoise Ring
The addition of turquoise adds new flair to the timeless look of this adaptation of Martha Washington’s flower ring. The rose-cut diamond flower ring of Mrs. Washington in our museum collection is the inspiration for this version in turquoise and ruby. The original ring dating 1750-1775 with nine diamonds was considered an impressive display of taste and wealth.
There are eight turquoise stones that cluster around a small ruby in the center set in polished brass.
This ring comes in sizes 6-8.
Handmade by a Virginia artisan. Made in the USA.
