Historic Turned Wood Bottle Stopper
This finely turned bottle stopper with a smooth top was created by Doug Dill, master woodturner in Lanexa, Virginia. Wood for the stoppers was sourced from two different trees planted at George Washington's Mount Vernon a pecan tree circa 1850. Color, grain, and shape will vary for each unique bottle stopper.
The heavy tapered chrome stopper has a triple ring of silicone which creates a tight seal. The stopper measure approximately 5 1/4" overall.
