Colonial Hand-Spinning Wooden Doll
Mary Michaud has designed and handcrafted this lovely wooden colonial doll named Sally. The doll is dressed in a wool dress which was typical for 18th century America. She is carrying a basket with knitting needles, scissors and yarn and some fabric in one hand and her wooden drop spindle with wool in the other.
Handcrafted in Westport, Massachusetts by the Silhouette Doll Company and signed and dated by the artist.
This 12" doll is designed as a collector's item, not as a toy.
