Betsy Ross Wooden Doll
Betsy Ross is credited with creating an American flag for General George Washington in 1776. The flag was made with red and white stripes with a circle of 13 stars on a blue field.
The Betsy Ross wooden doll is dressed in red, white and blue. The 12” doll has an embroidery hoop holding fabric for flag project and a basket with needles, thread, scissors and measuring tape. Handcrafted in Westport, Massachusetts by the Silhouette Doll Company and signed and dated by the artist, Mary Michaud.
This doll is designed as a collector’s item, not as a toy.
