Enjoy this delicious variety of pure Virginia raw honey. Alfalfa honey has a delicate light flower aroma and a not-so overpowering flavor of vanilla with grass undertone. It is the result of pollination of purple flowers from the alfalfa plants. This honey is unheated, unpasteurized and unprocessed; each bottle contains 1 lb. of medium amber colored honey.
