The 1810 United States one cent coin features the matron-like head of Liberty facing left, with long, curly hair, wearing a headband with the word LIBERTY; 7 stars on left, 6 stars on right (total of 13 stars to commemorate the original colonies of the United States). The reverse side shows ONE CENT inside a wreath; legend reads UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
