Set of Six Charlotte Moss Pineapple Coasters

These fine porcelain coasters are ready for use and neatly displayed in an attractive blond wood open box. The scalloped edged coasters are decorated with a raised gold and green pineapple motif in the center of the coaster. In the 18th century, pineapples became a symbol of hospitality as they were a rare treat in colonial America. The square coasters are 3 ¾" x 3 ¾" the decorative coaster caddy is approximately 5" x 5" with a depth of 1 ½".
