Betsy Ross Ornament

Betsy Ross is credited with creating an American flag for General George Washington in 1776. The flag was made with red and white stripes with a circle of 13 stars on a blue field. Wearing a sky blue dress, accessorized with pearls and holding her treasured flag, Betsy Ross is a great addition for your tree or collection.

This Betsy Ross ornament is created by St. Nicolas, a British company working with small Christian charities in Thailand and India helping disadvantaged rural women work in their own homes creating hand-made decorations.
